1. Aluminum Extrusion Workshop

In our aluminum extrusion workshop, covering 10,000 square meters, our team of 50 experienced technicians starts with raw aluminum, which is then pushed through different molds to create various shapes. This is where the aluminum parts for our Office Cubicles get their start. After shaping, the aluminum is carefully cleaned to remove any impurities and then goes through an aging process to make sure it’s as strong and durable as possible. This whole process takes about four days. With equipment that includes a 1500T extruder, a 1000T extruder, three 600T extruders, and an aging furnace, we can produce up to 1,200 tons of aluminum each month, with a fantastic quality pass rate of 99%.

2. Partition Workshop

Our partition workshop is all about bringing things together. Spanning 5,000 square meters, this workshop is where we take the aluminum profiles from the extrusion workshop and the melamine boards from another part of our facility to build complete Office Cubicles. Managed by a team of 55 technicians using 20 pieces of specialized equipment, the process involves cutting, connecting, drilling, covering with fabric, and assembling everything together. This process takes about four days from start to finish. Operating under a 6S management system, we ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to handle big orders with a monthly capacity of 25,000 square meters and a pass rate of 99%.

3. Melamine Board Workshop

Over in our melamine board workshop, which covers 9,000 square meters, our 55 technicians use 28 pieces of specialized equipment to produce high-quality melamine boards. These boards are a key part of our Office Cubicles and other products. The production process involves cutting the boards, banding the edges, drilling the plates, and installing them, followed by careful packaging, all in just four days. With a monthly output worth 1 million dollars and a pass rate of 99%, this workshop is ideal for customers who need a reliable supply of high-quality melamine boards.

4. Anodized Aluminum Workshop

For those looking for aluminum with a sleek, long-lasting finish, our anodized aluminum workshop has you covered. This facility, spread over 2,000 square meters and staffed by 40 skilled technicians, uses a special oxidation process to enhance the color and durability of aluminum products. The process involves cleaning the aluminum, treating it with an oxidation process, and then packaging it up, all within a four-day cycle. With a one-time pass rate of 99% and a monthly capacity of 1,000 tons, we ensure that every piece meets your expectations for quality and appearance.

5. Metal Workshop

The metal workshop is where we handle all things steel. Spanning 11,000 square meters, it’s the biggest facility we have, with 120 technicians and 120 pieces of specialized equipment. This is where we make steel components like steel pedestals for our Office Storage products. The process is quite involved, including steps like cutting sheets of steel, laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, polishing, and powder coating, and finally packaging. This entire process takes about seven days. With a production rate of 10,000 steel cabinets and 8,000 desk frames each month, valued at 2 million dollars, and a 99% pass rate, we’re equipped to handle even the most complex metalwork projects.

6. Plastic Injection Workshop

Need plastic parts? Our plastic injection workshop is the place for that. Covering 1,100 square meters, this workshop is run by 20 technicians and features a variety of injection molding machines, including a 380T, 180T, 160T, and three 120T machines. The focus here is on creating small plastic components quickly and efficiently, with a two-day production cycle. We can produce up to 12,000 units daily with a 99% pass rate, making it a great choice for customers needing a consistent supply of high-quality plastic parts.

7. Die-Casting Workshop

For those precision metal parts, the die-casting workshop is your go-to. This specialized facility covers 500 square meters and is managed by 5 skilled technicians using three zinc alloy die-casting machines and one aluminum die-casting machine. We complete the die-casting process, from casting to final packaging, in just two days. With a daily output of 8,000 units and a one-time pass rate of 99%, this workshop is perfect for customers looking for precision manufacturing of smaller components.

8. Powder Coating Workshop

If you need your metal parts to look good and last long, our powder coating workshop is the place to go. Spanning 2,000 square meters, this workshop is managed by 30 technicians who operate two advanced powder coating lines worth 10 million yuan. Here, we handle everything from cleaning and coating the parts to curing and final packaging, all completed in four days. 9. Mould Workshop

For custom shapes and designs, our mould workshop has the tools and expertise you need. This facility, covering 300 square meters, is staffed by 12 technicians and equipped with 30 pieces of professional equipment. Over a 20-day production cycle, we handle everything from lathe processing, milling, drilling, and heat treatment to grinding, wire cutting, and assembly, finishing with mold testing. With a pass rate of 80% and a monthly output of 200 sets of molds, we’re ready to help you reduce product development cycles and create the perfect accessories for your products.

10. Laboratory

Before anything leaves our facilities, it goes through rigorous testing in our laboratory. This 200-square-meter lab is run by 5 technicians and equipped with 20 pieces of specialized equipment to ensure everything meets the highest quality standards. From physical property tests and salt spray tests to product function tests, we make sure every product is safe and reliable. For example, our Office Chairs are tested for strength and load-bearing to guarantee they hold up under regular use.
